Most custom website builds take between 3 to 6 weeks from our kickoff meeting to launch day. Quick platform refreshes or layout updates can often be completed in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the scope of changes needed.

I typically book new projects 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure every client gets my full focus. Reach out early or drop your info so we can grab a spot on the calendar that works for your timeline!

I specialize in custom Squarespace builds (where my clients get exclusive Silver Partner perks!). However, for Platform Refreshes, I am fully comfortable working in WordPress, Wix, and niche systems like Wild Apricot or iHOUSEweb.

• Spark Check ($200/month)
  Peace of mind & light maintenance. Includes a monthly Website & System Check  (securing your site, verifying links, testing contact forms, and running platform/plugin updates) plus up to 2 content update requests per month.

• Spark Support: ($375/month)
  Active ongoing support. Includes everything in Spark Check, plus up to 4 content update requests per month with priority 48-hour turnaround.

• Spark Partner:  ($700/month)
  Hands-off site lead. Includes dedicated ongoing site management, strategy check-ins, and unlimited small maintenance requests (queued 1 task at a time).

How Support Passes Work: Support requests—like swapping text, updating photos, or posting new event listings—are submitted directly through your Google Drive hub and completed within 2–3 business days. Unused monthly updates do not roll over.

For larger needs - a new page, an online store, or a full site redesign - those are scoped as separate projects.
